Online dating continues to grow in popularity but many people still are reluctant to try. They are missing out on the easiest way to find an eligible pool of singles in modern life. Yes, there are pitfalls, as there are in any dating approaches but there are many advantages.

A recent poll by Pew Research showed that 11% of internet users report experience with a dating website. That number increases to 22% for 25-34 year olds, the largest segment of the dating population.
